Real Estate the Right Way, From Someone Who Lived It

22+ years investing. Retired in 2022. Still hold notes as the bank. Back in 2025 to teach beginners a safer, compliant path.

My Story

I didn’t start with a trust fund or a real estate empire handed to me.

I started investing in single-family homes, learned the hard way, made mistakes, and figured out what actually works.

Over 22+ years, I progressed to multifamily properties (apartment buildings with 200+ units), built systems that scaled, and eventually retired in 2022 through real estate investing.

But here’s the thing most people don’t know: even “retired,” I still held notes as the bank. (That means I financed properties for other investors—I was the lender, earning interest and monthly payments.) I stayed in the game because I understood the power of creative financing and long-term wealth building.

In 2025, I came out of retirement—not to flip more houses, but to teach beginners the cleaner, safer way I wish someone had taught me.

I have an MBA and a corporate training background, so I know how to break down complex systems into clear, repeatable frameworks.

But more importantly, I’ve done the deals. I’ve negotiated with sellers, underwritten hundreds of properties, built teams, installed systems, and navigated market shifts.

I know what works. I know what doesn’t. And I know how to protect your downside while you build wealth sustainably.

What I Stand For

Integrity First
Always do the right thing—even when money-making opportunities might compromise ethics. Compliance, proper contracts, and disclosures are non-negotiable.

Experience-Based Learning
I share hard-learned lessons to save you time and money. No theory. No hype. Just real-world training.

Realistic Expectations
No overnight riches promised. This is about sustainable wealth building, conservative underwriting, and risk management.

Systems Over Heroics
Scalable processes from day one. You don’t need to be a superhero, you need a system that works.
